J’Accuse of Friday, July 4: Imaginary dialogue taken from the last phone call between Putin and Trump on Ukraine and Iran
J’Accuse of Friday, July 4: Imaginary dialogue taken from the last phone call between the two on Ukraine and Iran
Of course, we are at the sixth phone call and that is no small thing for someone like the Tycoon who had filled his electoral campaign with pacifist and anti-European and anti-Ukrainian slogans. The underlying truth, however, that emerges from this impasse or blocage if we want to use a French expression is that the Americans and Trump first and foremost do not know how to get out of it, because it seems as if someone is preventing them, because it would be too costly for the prestige and centrality of America within the Atlantic Alliance. But it is precisely the onerous and unsustainable nature of this absurd war that the European warmongers want to continue for imperialistic and hegemonic purposes over Russia that makes this war enterprise distant from American hearts and interests and that is why the hundreds of billions paid by American taxpayers to Zelensky and his dictatorial and oligarchic regime angers American public opinion and above all that same majority base that supported Trump's election. This is why Trump finds himself since his enthronement today in the middle of a tunnel without being able to get out of it or at least glimpse the light of its end. His already announced will to want to stop the Ukrainian war in twenty-four hours has clashed with the European wall constituted by the Axis of France, Germany and the United Kingdom, so-called willing countries, who have even been willing to send their troops to Odessa to support the Zelensky regime. But why so much determination and obstinacy among the current leaders of these nations who, among other things, happen to be unpopular and distrusted by their political bases within their own countries? The reason is very clear: Brussels sees in Russia's victory in Ukraine the end of the project of enlargement to the East of its Union and a failure of its values of democracy and respect for human rights! This is what the supporters of this warmongering and anti-Russian line had announced until now. But something doesn't add up, to us who have eyes devoid of propaganda and lies. The sacrosanct truth is that for decades they have wanted to bring down Russia, now by surrounding it with NATO and now by supporting opponents “blessed” by Brussels in order to weaken it, but in the end all these projects were useless because the coup in Maidan Square in 2014, organized by Western services, was the straw that broke the camel’s back and Putin from that moment on had the clear certainty that the danger for his country would be imminent if he did not retake Crimea and Donbass, historically Russian regions. In any case, what does not add up in this whole challenge is the lack of political realism, that is, the recognition by Europeans that their intentions are not only illegitimate, but also unjust and aggressive towards Moscow. Trump had understood this well since his first mandate, because as he had repeatedly stated during Biden’s mandate: “if I had been there, in the White House, the war would never have broken out”. Now that Biden had put his country into debt to support, as he says, the liberation of Ukraine, this proposal offends us because, in addition to sounding mendacious and anti-historical to our ears, it is simply unacceptable. That sickly and incompetent old man had led the world and is still going, to nuclear war. But Trump must choose between political realism and European imperialism, otherwise there will be no good end to this war. Putin was underestimated by everyone, perhaps even by Trump who thought he could stop the war. During this phone call, a concept was clarified once and for all: "Putin will never back down and will not give up the objectives of the war launched against Kiev". This is how they spoke to each other on the sixth phone call in an imaginary and plausible conversation:
Putin had announced the phone call at the forum of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives in Moscow. I am “embarrassed to make him wait. He will be offended,” he said, cutting his speech short. The day before Washington had decided to suspend the shipment of some weapons to Ukraine.
- Hello Vladimir!
- Hello Donald!
- How are things going in Moscow?
- The sky above Moscow is always clear! Every now and then those disgusting Ukrainian drones swoop down here, but our anti-aircraft guns don't let them touch the ground. I'm tired of this war though. Let's end it here. Vladimir repeated. Stop giving weapons to the Ukrainians. You are the ones who ordered it.
- Let's end it here, of course! That was my slogan during the election campaign.
- But we're not in an election campaign anymore, are we? Putin retorted.
- That's true!
- So what are we going to do, let's end the war?
- Pull your troops back and the war will end.
- Ah! I understand now that you've become like them.
- Who them?
- Your European allies, the willing ones. I would say the imperialists who want to plunder our Ukraine. Putin replied.
- Listen, my friend! Now I'll tell you the whole truth: it's Macron, Merz and Starmer who insist on continuing the war, excited by that madman Zelensky. I can no longer hear and see them. It's the Americans who pay for the war that the Europeans have decided to wage with my predecessor. My hands are tied.
- Me too and I didn't give up on the objectives of the war: no NATO in Ukraine and the transfer of 5 regions under Russian Sovreignty, denazification and neutrality of the remaining part. Clear?
- I'm not happy, not happy!
- The alternative is war. You know very well that you are not capable of defeating us. You even had difficulties with Iran. And with me? The Atlantic will become a black sea, if we continue like this.
- It reminded me of Iran, Vladimir!
- You gave them the supersonic missiles and nuclear technology. I know. You and Kim, your friend.
- Yes, but what does this have to do with Kiev?
- It all comes together and the Israelis are worried.
- They are a genocidal people and they violate all conventions, why don’t you and your volunteers sanction them. Or is there one rule and one for enemies???
- I’m not happy!
- Me neither.
- Come back when you have clear ideas Donald, go and deal with the Big Beautiful Bill Act with which you will take away healthcare from Americans. Good job! Also remember that thanks to Russia your country gained independence from the English colonizers. But you are all colonizers and you come to reproach us^
- I’m not happy!
- Ciao see you soon, good bye Donald, turn back with more determination.
